Summary:

A fabulous barn conversion with outstanding views, this property offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 14 people.

The Space:

This barn conversion has breathtaking views and is situated on a 17th Century farm in Meerbrook. The honeystone building has been skilfully converted and has the all conveniences of modern day living yet retains a wealth of character. There are six opulent bedrooms, two with en-suites and two of the rooms share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There is a further lavish shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and boasts a range cooker and large dining area, which leads to the warm and inviting sitting room with its exposed beams and open fire. Outside is a lawned area with furniture and a barbecue. This is a special property and makes the perfect base for a holiday in this wonderful area.

The Neighborhood:

The peaceful village of Meerbrook is situated on the edgeof The Roaches; a popular walking area four miles from the market town of Leek. Meerbrook is a short walk from Tittesworth Reservoir and its many water based activities and visitor's centre. The spa town of Buxton is 12 miles away and has a variety of shops and eateries. There is an interesting museum to explore and the Buxton Opera House often has "big name" name entertainment. Alton Towers theme park is a short drive away and offers year round activities, while keen cyclists can follow the High Peak Cycle Trail. This area offers a wide range of attractions and activities and makes a great holiday base.
