“warm staff”

“Loved this hotel wish i could have stayed here longer”

“The rooms are immaculately clean and very stylish. The resort is small yet has a lovely cosy vibe. The staff remembered us from our last visit. Great location just off Melasti street with a load of food and drink options nearby. Food at restaurant is very good also!”

“Property was located close walk to Beach Walk Mall, Poppies Lane and shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean and any maintenance issues fixed promptly. The staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was ever too much to ask for. Only a couple things that could have been better, there were not enough lounge chairs or space to lay around the pool area. You were required to be at the towel station at 7:30 to place a towel on the pool lounges to secure one for the morning. I……

The staff are warm, welcoming, and courteous. The hotel holds an eco-certification, and all room water bottles are glass instead of plastic—a very commendable practice. The rooftop pool offers a relaxing swim with ocean views. Located beside Kuta Beach, it's convenient for surfing or strolling along the sand. Laundry facilities (washing and drying) are……

“Value for money. Stayed in a room with a small private pool. A better choice than using the small public pool. A bit crowded there.”

“Like them using re-filled packing amenities. ”

“This villa is very big and has a lot of facilities. Their staff are very nice and helpful. However, there are no convenience shop or restaurant near the hotel.”

“the WIFI can be more better, the swimming pool can clean it more”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and clean”
