“Set in the scenic hilltop town of Venasque, Provence, this hotel is a gem. It a picturesque, peaceful and cozy place to stay. The owners, Sophie and Jerome, are the most helpful and attentive a guest could wish for. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in on this three week trip through southern France. I look forward to staying for much longer than my brief stay.”

“Located next to the bus station. We had to take early bus to Rousiillon, thus very convenient for travelers like us. Room was clean and quite. Reception desk only available from 3-7pm, no luggage service.”

“非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！ 現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯ 之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！”

“Exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed , spacious , with all the required amenities and a large patio. The grounds are stunning with a divine pool and a gorgeous view of the provencal countryside. The breakfasts were incredible and sumptuous. The service was friendly. For an extra amount they set up a picnic for an electric bike tour of neighbouring villages and it was a highlight. The in house restaurants are incredible. The only slight complaint I have is about the broken……
