On the 9th floor of Les Sables-d'Olonne's embankment, facing the beach, this 2-star furnished apartment features an entrance hall, separate toilet, a living room with a sofa, television, and balcony with furniture, opening onto the kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and induction hob with extractor hood. There is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A sleeping alcove with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm high bed, as well as a second bedroom with two 80x190 cm beds (or 160x190 cm beds) and a balcony facing the beach. Private garage in a nearby residence, 100 meters away.

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a €100 cleaning deposit.
