Rose Vacances offers you this lovely renovated studio of 13 m² on the first floor of a historic residence, ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to the alleys of Penotte Island.Located 20 metres from the popular main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, this studio will allow you to spend pleasant holidays, close to all amenities.Accommodation consisting of a main room with sofa, TV, wifi, equipped kitchenette with oven, electric hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle...A mezzanine bed in 140 with storage shelves.A bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and storage shelves complete this functional and nicely renovated studio.Perfect for spending lovely holidays in the heart of the attractions of our beautiful city of Sables d'Olonne!1 minute walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.10 minutes walk from the train station of Les Sables d'Olonne.15 minutes walk from the ferry to La Chaume. Practical Information:Late arrivals:Paid service available after 8 pm (to be arranged with the concierge) End-of-stay cleaning and linen are included in your booking, so you can fully enjoy your stay without worry. 不满意：清洁度
La studette est vraiment petite (8m2) mais bien optimisée et idealement située dans les sables. Par contre le service de conciergierie laisse à desirer : logement pas propre à notre arrivée, WIFI qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de PQ... et dernier point : odeur pas agréable a chaque chasse d eau a cause du systeme d evacuation qui n est pas optimal.
