Very beautiful residence "Poggio", 250 m a.s.l.. 800 m from the centre of Letojanni, 7 km from the centre of Taormina, in an elevated position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Apr. - 30.Nov.), heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. 600 m long steep motor access. Public parking on the road. Grocery 100 m, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop "Navetta per Taormina" 800 m, railway station "Letojanni" 450 m, sandy beach "Fondaco Parrino" 4 km, shingle beach "Letojanni" 700 km. Cable car 3 km. Nearby attractions: Mascali 23 km, Acireale 40 km, Acicastello 49 km, Messina - Duomo e Orologio Astronomico 50 km, Catania 52 km, Milazzo Traghetti per Isole Eolie 84 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Punto escursioni per l'Etna 26 km. Hiking paths: Gole Alcantara Parco Geologico Fluviale 22 km. Please note: car recommended. Prima appartement met uitzicht op zee. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Je hebt een auto nodig om je bagage naar boven te rijden. Lopen naar het strand 10 minuten naar beneden en wat meer omhoog. Aardige ontvangst door de eigenaar. Mooi uitzicht op zee en op het gewone dorp
