“Never even heard of Futures in prior to this booking. The rooms were clean including the bathroom great fan! The food at the restaurant was great also and not overpriced. Close to Costco, Walmart and a bunch of other stores and restaurants.”

“Beautiful Waterview property, lovely rooms, nicely stocked with Cutlery, glasses and cups.
Coffee/tea available in the room.
Nice large patio on the 2nd floor with furniture to seat an enjoy the a drink/meal.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.
So a little tricky for dinner, since most restaurants close by 7pm. Only pizza available along with an Independent grocery store in Chester.

“The stairs to the top
Floor were very narrow. We had a few guest with mobility issues. It would have been nice to know about that as a consideration before booking. otherwise, our stay was wonderful!”

“I was an Expedia VIP customer for the first time. Serge greeted me and assisted with getting me a welcome treat. Soft towels, jetted tub. Pleanty of hot water. Quiet room. Plenty of lighting. Large lot to park in.
The only con is there is no level parking for motorcycles. Something they could improve on another otherwise amazing place.”
