“The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of six adults. However, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until after the official check-in time, which caused some stress. We gained access about 30 minutes late.One of the room doors had a faulty lock, and unfortunately, two of the ladies got trapped inside. The facility manager had to enter through the window to break the door open, which made us late for our event. Sadly, the manager’s response was quite rude and……

“We were a group of adults/teens and children visiting Birmingham for a Thai boxing tournament. The house is very clean and spacious, and really nice and warm considering it is single glazing. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger microwave, as the mini microwave only holds small saucers, so for our large group heating up dinner took twice as long- a minor detail. Otherwise we were very happy and comfortable with the stay and would absolutely stay here again if we come to the tournament next……
