Located just 5 minutes walk from both the town center ( bars restaurants supermarket pastry ice cream shop ) the train station and one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Como ( white shore )

Where you can do many activities including renting a boat or kayak



A design space where nothing is left to chance from a beautiful bedroom with television and closet through a living room entirely open space with a loft, a modern kitchen with all amenities, a very characteristic bathroom with tub/shower

The loft is in a villa where there are 3 other apartments,

It has a park of about 3,000m2 shared with the other tenants not usual



Guests will have access to the private loft and the entire park of the Villa



IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT THE ROAD HAS A WIDTH OF 2.30 METERS, SO IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE VEHICLES.

In this sense there is a possibility of parking only 5 minutes walk to the train station lierna



Given the central location the Villa is situated near a railway line not very busy but to be taken into account
