“Clean room great shower A/c was noisy and not consistent Pillows really need a refresh They were mushy and needed to be replaced”

“Staff was super nice. Not a large deposit that they hold on the room. Very family friendly however, the breakfast isn’t the best. But it would do.”

“The TV and phone was not working. They switched our room TV and phone that room did not work. I sat on the bed not comfortable. I looked down and where the carpet meets wall was disgusting. It was like Moldy looking and dirty. I took pictures so they couldn’t deny it. This was not a pleasant hotel at all. When we were leaving, two other customers were leaving stating their room was dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”

“The floor in room 211 has some cracks and no stopper for the tub to take a bath. Other than that, it was good”

“Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. Before I could open my mouth to say anything to the staff at the desk he happily told us the hotel was sold out and try one of the other hotels nearby. The……

“Rooms need to be update blankets and towels were stained. My blanket literally had a hole in it. The fire alarm battery needs to be change. It started to beep on my last day fortunately it was a few hours prior to leaving.”

“If you see this, please don't stay here. I had driven 8 hours and it was well after midnight, and was only needing a place to sleep for a bit for continuing my drive - but I STILL almost ate the cost of staying here to go pay same-day rates at somewhere nearby. The lamps in the room were not great, which is the only reason I actually stayed there - If I had seen it in the daylight like I did the next morning I would have given up the money (room was prepaid), and just dealt with getting screwed……

“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is in a good location if you are going to the Battery or Truist Stadium.”

“Room was comfortable and clean, same with the hotel lobby, elevator, and halls. Close proximity to Marietta businesses, restaurants, and very nice to have the City Golf Club of Marietta onsite, especially for the driving range and chipping/ putting greens. The hotel bar and breakfast was excellent and priced reasonably.”

“If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!”
