“Spacious apartment located close to the bus/tram. Construction currently alongside the property but not excessively loud. Washer included, no dryer (but an electric drying rack). Bedside stans with fast wireless charger which was a nice touch. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.”

“My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital). We found the apartment to be too cold for us (we live in Asia so perhaps more hardy northern Europeans would have no problem), especially the bathroom in the……

Leichtes einchecken. Gastgeber war immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns das Dinner for two mit Herr Smolana gegönnt - es war ein super schöner unterhaltsamer und kulinarisch umwerfender Abend.”

“Very nice location and spacious apartment in the center of Graz. Everything was very clean and in good condition.”

“This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in. The building is old and has charm but I was shocked at how the apartment looked when I walked in. It was very……
