We are delighted to welcome you in our comfortable villa for up to 8 guests located in a green and quiet area, among the pine trees, a short walking distance from the Riviera beach which is reachable through shaded pedestrian paths. The shopping center of Pineta is about 600 meters away. Cycle paths in the immediate vicinity to reach all areas of Lignano, as well as the boat pass on the Tagliamento river for a visit to the nearby town of Bibione.

The villa provides a large living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a second nice room with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Outside you will find an external compartment with an independent entrance with a room with two single beds and a full bathroom with a washing machine. The villa provides also a spacious private garden with a fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Wifi access available upon request (paid service).

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.
