“Bei der Anreise wurde eine Aufbettung vergessen. Wir hatten dann versucht selber das Klappsofa in ein Bett umzubauen dabei kamen Reste von alten Lebensmittel und Chips unter dem Bett zum Vorschein. Das war nicht gerade sehr appetitlich. Die Umklappfunktion der Schlafcouch war auch defekt. Man war aber sehr freundlich und hat dann das Bett nachträglich noch hergerichtet. Ob dann auch der Boden gereinigt wurde haben wir nicht mehr kontrolliert. Im Bad waren ein paar kleine Mängel zum Beispiel war……

“Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber wenn offiziell Öffnungszeiten angegeben sind, dann sollte auch für einen Gast die Bar geöffnet sein. Die Lichter wurden bewusst aus gelassen, denn offensichtlich war der Rezeptionist der einzige Mitarbeiter, der an dem Tag alles managen musste - also auch die Bar. Dafür können wir als Gäste aber leider nichts. Wir mussten, da die Kinder oben einschlafen wollten außerhalb des Zimmers irgendwo verweilen und nach 30 min Warten im Außenbereich……

“The hotel was easy to find, parking was safe and simple. Check in was fast, the front desk person was friendly. Highly recommend! My reservation was for two but the bathroom was only set with towels for one and the blanket on the bed was fit for a toddler or small person. We did not get this fixed because we checked in late.”

“Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.”

“The hotel is good and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The problem we had was with our welcome to the hotel. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm (check in time 3pm). When we tried to check in, we were told we were a little early, but if we paid 20 Euro extra we could check in. Most every hotel we stay at has a check in time, but will not……

“The location was great and so was the view of the castle from our room. But the amenities were lacking for a ‘Deluxe’ room and there were roof beams to contend with ( hazardous in terms of knocking one’s head ). The breakfast was to be recommended.”

“雖然離火車站有一段距離，但坐電車可直達，飯店外頭的車站另一方向就能往海德堡，交通方便。飯店本身的設施乾淨新穎，價格合理，算是住宿的好選擇。”
