A few meters from a magnificent beach for surfing.

Our House is located very close to the sandy beach of St Cruz (Praia do Pisâo). Integrated in an urbanization with tennis courts and swimming pool of 25 M (that will have a utilization rate). Is arranged on three floors in the R / C is the garage a large hall with a service sink, a full bathroom. Down stairs have a storage room, the kitchen and the living room quite large. Climbing the stairs will be in!Th floor with two more bedrooms and another full bathroom, and a balcony to give the garden and Mar. Climbing up another flight of stairs will be on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, a large hall with game table and bookshelf with magazines. Rising a little more we enter a huge patio for sun bathing and socializing. On top of this courtyard there is another smaller and isolated which is a magnificent solarium. These two courtyards provide us with a magnificent view of the sea and in the distance the islands of Berlengas. The beach of S. Cruz is a white sandy beach, very clean and wide is considered very good beach (Blue Flag) and is less than 100 meters from the house. Good for surfing, there are also good restaurants and seafood restaurants. . One can hire flights of aircraft and gliders. There are plenty of paragliders that venhem land on the beach.

El lugar maravilloso, clima estupendo. Playa increible. y alrededores para hacer turismo, oferta variada...desde berlenga hasta obidos.Eramos 9 y la casa suficiente para albergar a tanta gente, muy cerca de la playa. Solo destacar limpieza mediocre, y ofertaban lavadora que no funcionaba, cisternas rotas...el alojamiento necesita alguna reforma. Ademas la pisicina estaba cerrada, y no comento el dueño nada hasta llegar al lugar.

Urlaub direkt am Strand

Das Ferienhaus ist gut geeignet für bis zu 10 Personen und auch mit entsprechend viel Geschirr ausgestattet. Da sehr viel Dinge und Klamotten vom Besitzer im Haus sind, fehlt es ein wenig an Stauraum, außerdem sind zwei der drei Duschen ziemlich klein. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, man geht über den Straße und ist am Meer. Man hat vom Haus aus Meerblick. Das Haus hat eine tolle Dachterasse und einen kleinen Garten, wo man auch schön sitzen kann. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren dort mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Hund.

Great family vacation near the beach

We had a good time in this family house. We were warmly welcomed by the host and she was available for our questions. The location is excellent, very closed to the beach and surf school.

A well loved property with a lot of reminders of happy family times.

Our landlord was extremely helpful, the house has an old fashioned charm and a few quirks that made our stay interesting. The beach was beautiful, easily accessible and very clean, but beware the huge Atlantic breakers - though it's great if you're a surfer. The local swimming pool is, quite literally, about 50 metres from the house and is a great facility. Open air, 3 pools - two of which are kiddie friendly - a small shop for ices etc, clean and well maintained. We had a hired car and there is parking across the street from the house, as parking can be quite limited. Although the house had obviously been closed up for a little while, and being so close to the sea in a moist atmosphere creates damp conditions indoors, a few hours of open windows and doors soon sorted that out. We were a party of extended family, 9 members in all and had a great holiday, suiting all of us, from late 50's to 7 years old. On our last evening, we had booked a table at 'Noah' a beautiful beach front restaurant - booking is a must, it's very popular. The views out over the beach, watching the sunset on the ocean whilst enjoying a great meal... what an evening! Can heartily recommend both the food and the wonderful staff, they were so accommodating for our youngest family member who has autistic issues and can find noise, new places and experiences overwhelming. It was a thoroughly fantastic round off to our holiday.

Des vacances moyennement réussies...

Nous avons été accueillis par José qui est très sympathique et qui parle un peu notre langue. Nous avons été toutefois surpris dès notre arrivée par la forte odeur de renfermé qu'il y avait dans la maison. Point positifs : la maison est située au calme à proximité de la mer et de la très belle plage de Pisao. La côte est très belle et la région sympathique. Nous avons visité 2 fois Lisbonne qui est une ville superbe. Nous avons apprécié le solarium et l'espace dans la maison, le barbecue et le petit jardin. Les équipements sont relativement corrects même s'ils sont un peu anciens. José a été très réactif lorsque le chauffe eau est tombé en panne, il l'a dépanné dans la journée. Les draps et les serviettes ont été changés en fin de semaine comme prévu pas de souci de ce côté là. Points négatifs : dans la région, le soir il a fait, à notre goût, trop froid 17-18° avec beaucoup de vent du nord. De plus l'eau est trop froide pour s'y baigner 18° et sur le sable il faisait à peine 23° dans la journée. La piscine présentée est en fait municipale, et chère! En plus, elle n'est pas chauffée! Dans la maison, il y a trop peu de rangement car il y avait des affaires des propriétaires dans pratiquement tous les placards (nos affaires sont restés dans la valise durant les vacances!). Dans la cuisine seul le frigo était vide, toutes les armoires de rangement étaient prises! La cafetière ne fonctionne pas. La literie est de mauvaise qualité avec des vieux lits en mauvais état dans l'ensemble avec notamment des planches sous les matelas!
