This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Cascais, it’s priced well and doesn’t have many amenities. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket (because what they had was as thin as a sheet) and the front desk lady told me that the cleaning staff had left for the day and that they took the keys with them, so she couldn’t give me an extra blanket. (I’ve never heard anything like that at a hotel lol) I was baffled! Later on I asked another front desk staff, a gentleman, who promptly went to grab me a blanket. My impression of the staff in general was that they don’t really go out of their way to help guests, which is a shame. I stayed there for 3 nights, September 11th & 12th.

Amazing hotel, we arrived earlier and reception allowed us to leave our carry on baggage. Room was modern, upgraded with a lot of good features (usb charging, big tv, nice ac, dual sink, wall in shower ) - what a view - ocean and 7 min walk down the hill Few things that I don’t like: - same breakfast set up everyday, with Portuguese cousin I was expecting a bit more effort - hot tub on the left of the pool was not working and water was cold there - no water in the room. With 150$ Cad a night I anticipate to have at least some bottles of water daily - no iron - we had a nice dress and don’t trust /take a risk to their service- but small loaner iron on reception is a must

For a 2-3* hotel it's was very good, very pleasant staff nice pool area and powerful showers in the room, the rooms where in need of a refurbishment but it's a basic hotel in a great location close to nice beaches and restaurants and markets and a short train ride to Lisbon.
