“Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any……

“I did not got the door code/door key, for four nights I was taking all my stuff out and bring it back when I need to use room for night. When booking the room was different to the room I got, which was not great for me, not happy with the service that I got, lots of issue, basically it's a HMO building.”

“Not easy to find,since no street-number supplied until asked for. Expected en-suite - bathroom shared (between 2 rooms) and quite a distance from the bedroom. Access arrangements (and supervision) sketchy - via key-safe on telephoning (never-seen) owner. However, the bed was very comfortable and the location quiet.”

“Only a one-night stay but service was excellent and very accommodating. The room was very clean and had all necessary en-suite facilities including Tea/Coffee making with essential biscuits. Breakfast was included in the price but I was leaving at 5.15 in the morning to catch a balloon flight. The staff provided cereal to take to the bedroom overnight and offered to provide a sandwich if we were unable to arrive back before end of breakfast at 9.30. Overall a very enjoyable stay with excellent……
