“We had an amazing 4 days at this wonderful property. It was the perfect place to explore the area and unwind on the lake. Easy access to the Soda City Market, The State House, Riverwalk, Antique Mall, Congaree National Park. The sunset cruise they provide was fantastic. Kerri and Randy were excellent hosts. We made some new friends. This was a 5 star experience.”

“My husband and I celebrated our vow renewal here and it was PERFECT! We had 15 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of towels, linens, literally everything you could possibly need! The property was the perfect place for our ceremony and dinner party, wish I could upload pictures lol! It was truly stunning!! Host was awesome. Super friendly and responsive. Made check in/out a breeze. Can’t wait to book again!!”

“Very pleased with Drew and his place. All amenities are practical. Plenty of room. Great view. Highly recommend renting pontoon with him. Private road and secluded and quiet. Close to Chapin and all the amenities there. There is a 24-7 gym. Publix etc. downtown is very quaint. Very highly recommend the place. Our family loved it. Enjoy.”

“Only complaint is there were bugs in the sink when we came back after dinner one night. It’s a cabin on the lake, so I get it but maybe spray for them since summer is upon us. Wood on the walls needs a deep cleaning. Could see a lot of dust accumulation. Other than those few things it was adorable and had everything we needed.”

“Property is great for a getaway. It is close enough to stores and restaurants if you need something. House was clean and essentials were furnished. Dock is great for fishing or just sitting and watching the water.”

“Very quiet and clean. The boat dock has power and is easily accessible from a small ramp that is one minute east of the property. Everything works in the home and the view of the Saluda River from the screened in back porch is awesome. Neighbors were all very polite and helpful. Great vacation if looking to just get away and reset.”

“Property is quite lovely and would be great for a family with kids. There is a backyard with fun activities for kids like swings and a slide and lots of games in the bonus room to play outdoors. The deck is quite unique with multiple levels and a hot tub. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the hot tub nor a lot of the amenities since we had a lot already booked. I’d love to come back and just relax. If you are a renter with a boat, this property has lake and dock access. There are a……

“This house was very large and accomodating, we mosty just slept there but it was perfect, in a beautiful friendly neighborhood!”

“The house was perfect for our youth group. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Host was easy to communicate with. Would certainly rent this again for a large group.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. This was our third visit to Lake Murray and third different house. We had four adults two small children. Two of our teenagers came and stayed overnight one night. We only live about an hour and 45 minutes from Lake Murray. The only complaint I would say would be the cookware. It definitely could be updated. There is a lot of it there but not a lot that you can use. A lot of stuff that doesn’t have the nonstick so things were wanting to stick to the pans. The grill……

“I cannot say enuff about the setting and the views, just stunning. The home is as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 9. The entire staff was attentive and helpful with any minor requests. Truly a professionally run group. All of the rooms and home were clean and plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this home highly, and we already have planned to comeback during football season. Ty to all of you at Yellowtail, the home made our daughter’s graduation a week to remember.”

“We had everything we needed to enjoy time on the lake. We were there to attend the USC commencement ceremony so only had the weekend. I now wish we would have booked a couple extra days to enjoy the area! Would definitely rent again.”
