“Cozy, small, quiet home.”

“We booked the house for a multi-generation family get together, and it was exactly what we needed! The setting is serene and beautiful. I saw the first turtle I have seen in the wild in some time! Inside, the newer home has a very fresh, uncluttered feel and was spotlessly clean. The layout worked great for our family as there are two large and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the main floor. One of those bathrooms is accessible from the main living space, too. And, there……

“We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

“The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, roomy and had a huge fenced in yard. It was also adequately private surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised. Our host made us feel very welcome and appreciated.”

“Beautiful property. Owner responded very quickly to questions and resolved problem quickly. Seems pricey. We enjoyed our time there. Very quiet.”
