Did not arrive till the evening but Andrea had texted to say that as no one had stayed the night before I could arrive before the check in time. We collected the key and found the studio apartment very clean and comfortable, tea, coffee, sugar and milk were supplied with a welcome gift of a nice box of cookies which went nicely with a cuppa. Andrea is very welcoming, friendly, was in contact before our visit and approachable if needed during our stay. There is also 3 bedroom lodge - Hunters Lodge next door also available from Andrea which is worth knowing. We were met by Andrea the owner who lives across from the flat, so is on hand if required. The studio is furnished to a high standard, with lovely on-suite bathroom, and well equipped kitchen area, and a large comfy bed. Andrea also has another larger property next door, sleeping 6, which she kindly let us look at, again furnished throughout to a very high standard, so if you are looking to visit this area these two properties are well worth considering. Andrea was extremely welcoming and the milk and chocolates in the fridge a very nice surprise after a long, hot journey! The accommodation was beautifully decorated and we felt at home immediately. We slept really well (comfy bed!) and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning soon!
