“Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should……

“This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.”

It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well. “Nice country pub with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was great, really clean and well presented, comfy bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a good shower and a decent size.
