Great hotel and friendly staffPosted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Staff and Guests
Cons: The beds were not very safe as mine was on slats with a few missing
Location: 5 minute bus to the city centre and a Taxi was only £4
Made to feel very welcome and most of the guests were friendly exept a few on Saturday evening. Definitely stay again :)

You get what you pay for!Posted Jul 24, 2015
one night stay for Daughters Graduation following day. Off road carpark full of contractors vehicles, had to park 300meters down the road! Room small and cramped, bed dipped in middle, shower was so slow I was dry when I got out! Should have spent an extra £10 to stay at Travelodge!!

Difficult location to any amenities, reataurants.Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Staff were always trying to be helpful
Cons: The room, although appears to have had an upgrade carried out, needs further attention
Location: One Chinese restaurant within 200 metre walk one of the best we have ever eaten in. Not much more in this area.
Room very cramped for room. Shower screen only covers half of door and lets water into main room. Wifi reception appalling. Bed held up with wooden blocks under it. First room supplied had other persons luggage in it, second room smelted strongly of tobacco so then provided another room.

Hotel Staff a PositivePosted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Mostly helpful hotel staff
Cons: room renovations
Location: not conveniently located for tourists wanting to see city center, universities, etc.
What made my stay positive is the hotel staff, most of whom were very helpful. Only one person in management somewhat abrupt. Hotel inconveniently located for tourists wanting to see city. Price ok.

Great Stay at Beech MountPosted Jun 13, 2015
Stayed at Beech Mount for 3 nights and had a great time. Whilst this may not be the nicest or most glamorous area of Liverpool we felt comfortable enough walking around. A mile and a half to Anfield and about 2 miles to the City Centre, we walked pretty much everywhere, but for those who don't like walking the bus service is great and taxis are not too bad either. The room was small, but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable; perhaps the mattress could do with replacing, but I still slept fine Our room (80) was a reasonable spot facing out of the back and was quiet. The breakfast was lovely and great value, with the staff happy to accommodate requests. In fact all of the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. The bar is 'cosy' once you get more than 4 people in there, but was still a nice place to pop down for a quick pint if you didn't fancy going further afield. All in all, for the price we paid, we couldn't have really asked for anything more and we will certainly go back should we be in Liverpool again.

Beech mount hotel LiverpoolPosted Jun 6, 2015
Lovely reasonably priced hotel near centre. Room very clean and nicely presented. Crisp clean bedding, bathroom spotless. Own TV and fridge but fridge too noisy to keep on overnight. Single bed comfy but a tall person would struggle as it has a footboard. Free parking and 24 hour reception

Gateway to the CityPosted May 31, 2015
Pros: A good night's sleep in spite of a few police sirens,it was the weekend..A great breakfast.Ample parking.Good staff
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Good location. We only wanted the City.
We drove towards the city from the South(using M6)Parked our car at the Beechmount Hotel where it stayed all weekend. We used the buses for our trips into the City. The bus stop was just around the corner and the buses were frequent.a little less frequent into the City on Bank Holiday Monday, not surprising as many thousands of people were doing the same thing.Three Cunard ships were 'coming into Town!'It was an amazing day.We were able to catch a bus immediatey back to the hotel, picked up the car and back to the M6.No problems.

Beech Mount stayPosted May 28, 2015 on Hotels
We were a party of 6 and had a lovely stay at the Beech Mount , it could do with a bit of updating , and there was a problem with water dripping through the ceiling in one of our rooms but this was attended to , the staff were lovely and very helpful , the breakfast was fab, the surrounding area was not very good and we used taxi's in and out of town , but all in all we had a nice time
