“Everything was good. There was nothing I can say that was not good. The toilet was low in the accessible bathroom but I am tall so it would not have been a problem for the average person.”

“Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.”
