Staff are welcoming and really warm. Great job all. Hotel is a little tired but best you can get in Swansea. The people make it if you engage with them.

Lovely welcome after a tortuous 7 hour journey but a disappointing room. TV didn't work and bathroom fan was soooo noisy. Niall was quick to respond though and smoothed the way. Thank you.
