The property is in a beautiful location, the facilities are excellent and the breakfast was very good. The only problem we had was finding it. There are no signs and the GPS did not pick up the location.

Strongly recommended

A very good experience this B&B. Host always with a smile, majes you feel at home. Everything high standard and very confortable. Good breakfast. Isolate but with good dining options five minutes away with the car. Golf club recommended by the host was a good option for the take away and having dinner in the b&b. Strongly recommended.

Beautiful idyllic setting.

AN idyllic setting for a beautiful cottage in an out of the way place. The place was immaculate with a lovely warm welcome and great cooked breakfast. Cannot rate highly enough.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

Former converted mill in the countryside a short distance from Aberystwyth. The owners are friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. Top quality bed linen and towels.Small thoughtful touches make it special. Home baked bread for breakfast, and home made jams. Local produce superbly cooked. Good WIFI reception. Easy, safe parking. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. The owners were very accommodating and served a great cooked breakfast with home baked bread. The area was just a few miles outside the village. Easy to find with Sat Nav.

A lovely quiet place away from the hustle & bustle

This was a lovely place and Steph & Tony were so friendly and bent over backwards to look after us. The suggested places for ya to visit and even provided brochures. We would definitely stay here again if we were in this part of Wales. Thank you Steph, Tony & Marcy

A Welsh Wonder...

This is a jewel that we stumbled on at short notice. The West Coast of Mid Wales is a wonderful place to explore and this enchanting old mill house bed and breakfast is a fabulous launch pad. The mill has a quaint history that is eagerly shared by the current owners and your hosts for your stay. It is isolated being at least 20 minutes from the nearest towns but this adds to its charm. The bedrooms in the house are spacious,clean and comfortable with the best WiFi we have experienced .....though phone signal is another thing! Wondered why work didn’t ring me!! Breakfasts are immense......you have to try one! We visited in the driest season so would be a different experience in a cold , snowy Welsh coast winter though that would bring its own unique experiences. We don’t really want to tell you where it is ......as it’s just for us!

Great stay on a working farm in a quiet village near the main highway. Wonderful host and hostess. Great getaway for those who love peace and quiet. Private entrance and nice outdoor sitting area plus use of indoor lounge as well. Great bathtub/shower combo. Enjoyed out time here. Best of luck to host and hostess.

Perfect B & B

What a fantastic B&B, Stephanie and family were so very friendly and helpful. The house was absolutely spotless. The quiet location was perfect with beautiful scenery. Woke up to the smell of freshly baked bread followed by a fantastic breakfast with homemade jams and fresh free range eggs. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Peaceful retreat

The room was clean, light and airy and the owners were warm and friendly, greeting us by name on arrival. It is located in a quiet rural area about a mile from the main A487 road into Aberystwyth, the road to the hotel is a single track lane but there are plenty of passing places and not a lot of traffic so not difficult to find. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a good choice available and there is a pub about 2 miles down the road that does good food for lunch and/or dinner. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again next time we visit the area.
