The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. "Good hotel with free parking and free Wifi. Our room was spacious and clean with a good shower. It is in an excellent location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 2/3 minute walk to the shops. Breakfast is a help yourself apart from the toast which is bought out to your table, a friend of ours said enjoy the vegan breakfast but the Hotel has changed hands since they had been and it was'nt available apart from a vegan sausage. Also not much on the evening menu for a vegan either. But it has'nt stopped us from re booking as we can eat elsewhere."

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
