“This is not a 4star property. They charge you to use pool towels. We rented a condo for family of four and got room with three twin beds with no option to change. Pool was gross.”

“我们是4人一房的， 一室一厅的小公寓式房间。厨房空间很宽敞，考虑很周到；房间设备齐全且先进方便。酒店楼顶很棒，很舒适悠闲，适合悠闲聊天晒太阳的下午，唯一有点失望的是泳池太小了。酒店的服务人员都会英文，非常热心。酒店位置很便利，周围逛街吃饭，去可以到达海边的公交站都非常方便。”

“L'hôtel est très bien situé, à max 100m pour prendre le bus et à 5/10 minutes à pieds de la partie festive de Magaluf. Il y a un parking juste de l'autre coté de la rue si on loue une voiture. Le personnel est très accueillant , peu importe l'heure d'arrivée. Le seul point négatif que nous avons eu : la table haute de la cuisine n'a jamais été nettoyée, elle était sale quand on est arrivé et les mêmes traces de saleté y était quand on est repartie, on ne l'a donc pas utilisé.”

“El lugar estaba sucio, descuidado, con fuerte olor a moho. Los colchones vencidos y se sentían las tablas del camastrón! La puerta no cerraba!!! Nos apareció una cucaracha y había suciedad por todos lados. Le comentamos al del front desk y su respuesta fue hay que pena vamos a informar. Solo íbamos a estar por una noche y necesitábamos dormir pero nos tocó colocar toallas en las camas y almohadas para no sentir el polvo y suciedad.”

“Das Aparthotel Isla de Cabrera ist eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere Anlage mit total freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und zu jeder Zeit war von allem reichlich da. Wir können die Anlage absolut empfehlen”

“Really great location and very spacious. Perfect for small group of travelers. Only negative is the walk up to top floor was 9 flights of stairs. Ok if you don’t have heavy luggage and don’t mind the many steps! ”

“Excellent staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Rooms are good sized and wonderful XL balcony. Location can’t be beat. Walkable to Old town and beautiful strolls along the promenade. Groceries walkable as well as many little shops. Pool area nice. Only suggestion would be to make rooms more sound proof from hall.”
