Upon check-in the front desk woman was very rude. If you say you don’t want room cleaning while you’re there and then change your mind- it’s a nightmare to try and get even just new towels. The pictures are deceiving. There is only 1 family pool and it’s only open until 6. The rest of the pools are 21+ and also are only open until 6. Check out is at 11- I had my uber scheduled for 1110 and planned to leave my room at exactly 11- got a knocked on my door at 1045 from housekeeping wanting me to be out. Beds were comfortable enough. Shower door didn’t shut all the way and the bathtub was disgusting. Want to watch tv? You can do basic channels, but renting a movie was $25. Overall- I would not stay there again.

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

Front desk staff rude did not want to help to check me in 15 minutes early. Shower was horrible with curtains that was dirty. Water pressure was at one. My room wasn’t clean at all . Staff has no knowledge where everything is located I had a horrible stay. I don’t know why you have this hotel on your list.
