“Comfy place to stay ”

“Overall the property was ok but in need of decoration and updating. The shower pressure was pitiful and took over 40 minutes to have the showers we did but never felt really clean as didnt feel it washed off shower gel or shampoo”

“The room was spacious with a good amount of storage whilst the room did not have air conditioning it was cool and a comfortable temperature, which to say it was 30 degrees outside was good. There was a fan available, but we didn't need to use it. Room was clean and the bathroom was acceptably clean. There was however slight mould spots on some of the grouting and sealant in the shower. It was quiet and peaceful. The building and communal rooms were wonderful. They felt very classy in……

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“There are a few issues here. There are 2 classes of spa users. Those with robes, and those without. It’s not a good look to see the non-robe people clutching towels as they dodge the bird excrement on the outside patio, which could be dragged into the pool with one misstep. A daily jet wash is needed. The shower gel containers in the men’s area were all empty. You need earplugs if they put you in a room near the kitchen ventilator. You won’t sleep. The safe in the wardrobe doesn’t work.……

“Ideal location for us, just a short 10-min walk to the town centre. Our room was spacious and bathroom appeared recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As it is a very old building, the floorboards were a bit creaky and woodwork (skirting boards, window frames, architraves) looked tired with their years of layered paint, but we had a comfortable stay. The free parking was a bonus.”

“I booked a room specifically for the air conditioning on the two hottest nights of the week. I booked the room through Expedia and checked and double checked that the room was listed as having air conditioning. When I arrived I was told the room did not have air conditioning and none were available. I had no other option to stay on such short notice and could not have got a refund anyway as it was booked through a third party. This is completely unacceptable and, quite frankly, unforgivable.”

“The Camberley is a hidden jewel in Harrogate I usually stay with a friend’s B&B but sadly it was booked for the week I wanted to be there. I took a chance on the Camberley and was very happily surprised. Kimberly was very lovely to deal with and she was very responsive throughout my day. The location is fantastic as it in near restaurants, pubs and transportation. I would recommend this B&B to anyone, check it out yourself.”
