The property location was pretty good, close to the Paddington subway station and next to two reallly nice parks and within a 30 to 60-minute walk away from almost all iconic landmarks in London. Some hotels are closer to more landmarks for a higher price while no hotel can be close to all of them. The services were excellent, the hotel was clean, and the complimentary (free) breakfast each day was delicious and convenient. The only downside was the facility: narrow stairways up a few flights of stairs, tiny bedrooms, and very tiny bathrooms. The facility can be a deal-breaker for some while making this hotel a really good value for those who enjoy the nice benefits and don't mind the facility limitations.

The front desk staff provided wonderful customer service and enjoyed my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and nice stay.

Not sure there was anything unique but it was a very pleasant and quiet place to stay apart from my 'bete noire' who follows me to all hotels it seems – the guest in the room above who goes to bed at midnight or later but walks around a lot then gets up at 5.30 am and walks around until 7am! Otherwise good, vey pleasnat and helpful staff and good choice of breakfasts.

Not worth it
Stayed for one night room 505 Poor heating system on a cold night was out for most of the day and back no one at the reception to complaint. Myself and my guest from a warm oversea country was really cold. No adequate/good duvet(Shame) Carpet with dust, room was not clean Only one socket for a room for two adults

Very good
Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, superb location for Paddington Station. The only criticism would be the plastic matrass covers making the bed uncomfortable. Overall - i'll definately stay here again.
