The hotel is excellent all around. The room, the staff, the location and the breakfast. My only suggestion is to reduce the steps at check in by integrating the IT systems better Thank you to the doorman for the run route recommendation and to the restaurant staff in particular

Nearest to Great Portland St underground station and walking distance to Oxford St. Very professional and friendly staff: reception, porter. Cleaned room & refreshed daily. Room has Air-condition and albeit road-side-facing - the area is very quiet and I slept well. Breakfast has good selection hot/cold even for a 5 yo child. Definitely considering to stay at this hotel again.

Occassionally I stay overnight in London and have used the Gem Fitzrovia a couple of times. It is in a good location and the staff have always been pleasant. I will definately stay in this hotel in the future.

Such a treat to stay in such a nice hotel in such a great neighbourhood. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy. It was quiet and the bathroom was big with a great shower. The staff were friendly. My only request would be that the breakfast could cater better for vegans. But I would definitely stay here again

A lovely stay in central London, beautiful area and close to so many of the best things the city has to offer. The staff was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and bountiful, the bed comfortable, and the lobby bar a new favorite.
