Situato in zona molto comoda, vicino alla fermata della metro. Pulizia eccezionale rispetto allo standard in UK, complice anche la totale assenza di moquette. Unico punto debole: il bagno di dimensioni davvero minime.

Das Zimmer ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wegen der Lage im Keller funktionierte das WLAN nur unzureichend. Die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig und vieles müsste dringend repariert werden (z.B. kaputtes Fenster, fehlende Haken und Ablageflächen im Bad.) Das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene zu klein, außerdem ist nur eine Zudecke vorhanden. Putzutensilien wären bei längeren Aufenthalten hilfreich. Die fehlenden Gegenstände (Mülleimer, Mülltüten Toilettenpapier) wurden auf Nachfrage vorbei gebracht.

L'appartamento era in un seminterrato e questa informazione non era emersa in fase di prenotazione. Il wifi non ha funzionato per l'intera settimana malgrado la ripetute richieste di intervento. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva. In corridoio c'era una terribile puzza di muffa.

Super voyage à Londres

Visite de Londres centre et des musées des alentours. Studio super confortable avec tous a disposition. Rue marchante juste a coter pour faire les courses.

Great location and a comfortable, refurbished apartment. The only thing that did not work smoothly *at all* was the check in: in spite of my texting from the airport, the young man kept me waiting, standing in the chilly evening after 18 hours of travel, for a full half hour. Not good at all. Other than that (and that they forgot to provide a trash can), great place. Would repeat.

Too many teething problems

After booking on Hotels.com I received an annoying amount of emails from Shortlet. Text messages followed for the time of arrival to meet me at the Hotel. Then I was to collect the key from a key safe that was no problem at all. Scaffolding made access tricky, glad I didn’t have big cases. The room was fine the bed mattress was good. However, doors need pneumatic dampers they nosily slam all hours. There is still work going on or there are some long-term residents too much shouting in the evening and early morning. The room above me made a lot of noise, tiled floors are easy to clean but make a lot of noise. I was woken twice at 3 or 4 AM by what sounds as if the room above is rearranging all of the furniture. Seriously management, you need carpets in there, two nights sleep was destroyed that defeats the purpose. I meet a couple of women outside that could not check in and were stuck sitting outside there are huge downs sides to not having a physical reception. Lastly, check out is 10AM despite getting the usual text from Hotels.com that check out is at 11AM. Shortlet insists that it is 10AM. After a night of broken sleep, I can’t snooze in the morning because of the shouting and door slamming. At the end of five nights I have had a busy schedule but I’m really exhausted due to interrupted sleep. This feels like a new venture, I hope Shortlet address these issues as I do like these Hotel Apartments but there are lots of other better options in Bayswater.
