Please inform us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out, as additional charges may apply. - Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Charges: A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner’s schedule. - Lost Key Charge: Please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys. - Lock-out Charge: Please take the keys with you when leaving the property or leave them where you have collected them from. A £50 charge will be applied for lock-out, and service is restricted outside working hours. - No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken. - Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parking: Street parking is available near the property. Ensure you park legally and do not block other vehicles. - We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic consumables to cover the first couple of days of your stay.
