不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
When I say the room was hot, I mean it was boiling. No air conditioning, only a useless tiny & noisy fan provided. The bed was also ripped around the base, the shower was dirty and the chair in the room clearly needed a wipe... Told reception about the very hot rooms, they were not particularly interested (didn’t even want to know which room).
Also, had to pay a £75 extra deposit. Had no idea that was coming. If it was for breakages, no one checked the room before we left. What was the point?
Didn’t get a wink of sleep, no one (staff wise) interested and it’s not a cheap place to stay. Ironically, I actually stayed in the hotel on my wedding night (some years ago), how far the standards have dropped.
Don’t be fooled by its appearance, save your money and go somewhere else. It’ll be cheaper and will probably include breakfast.
