“Lovely lady helpfully directed me to the correct address since my sat-nav didn’t. Very helpfully and warm personality.

“We spent a relaxing 2 weeks in this gorgeous period cottage. Dawn and Bette were excellent hosts and have attended to every need. Comfortable bedding, quiet and very cosy surroundings. Although only a couple of minutes from the main street it is very private and quiet. We made an excellent choice, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a base in the Cotswolds.”

“We loved our stay here. The cottage has loads of quirky architectural features. It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. “It was such a wonderful experience and a memorable stay in lower slaughter. very easy drive to other villages. It had everything you need to prepare your meals although we didn’t use it. The mansion near by is worth seeing. Everybody was kind and friendly. The owner was prompt to answer questions on location when we mistakenly arrived to the wrong spot, my bad, had clear instruction how to access the cottage whitch i gave to my daughter that opened it. made her feel like Sherlock Holmes:)) ……

The room was spacious but really needs an update.
The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn.
The wallpaper was also peeling.
The bathroom renovation was acceptable.
Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
