“El hotel era una autentica pocilga tanto es asi que a las dos horas la policia nos echó de la habitación y clausuro el hotel. Tubimos que mudarnos a otro hotel.”
“Outstanding service. Staff excellent. Room spotless, surprised to find my trainers also cleaned.
Single point of contact, in my case Rehana who was most helpful including on her day off. Excellent food and service in the restaurants.”
“The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved.
The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.”
