On the property, you have a backyard, beautiful craftsmanship from the 1920's and tons of cozy spaces. It is within walking distance to downtown New Albany's amazing restaurants and shops.

Charming historic bungalow
We were lucky to find this quaint home while traveling across the US to our new home. Very easy to find, beautiful decor, seamless communication. We wish we could have stayed longer to visit the adorable neighborhood. Postcard perfect.

Weekend Stay
We stayed at this property for a weekend basketball tournament at the Louisville Expo Center. It was a great location (great neighborhood) and a short 15 minute to the Expo Center. The house is clean and well kept with plenty of kitchen tools and lots of quality bathroom towels. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again.
