"Lovely staff, very helpful. Room was of a good size, beds very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast selection - something for everyone, coffee was tasty. Toiletries were very nice in bathroom. Only negative was the room key, had to go downstairs on numerous occasions to have it reset as wouldn’t let us back into room. "

"I stay in chain hotels regularly and suffer the average to un-interesting food all the time. Not so at Park Hall Hotel. The food was really tasty, the people were great and the room was a refreshing step up from anodyne chain hotel blandness. "

"The staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond with their service. The restaurant and bar are very good with great service. Very comfortable setting. The rooms are nice and clean.The decor is pleasant and rooms are bright. I found this hotel to be quiet. They have magnets on the hall doors that shut at night. It stops the noise. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. "

"I had a short, but nice stay at the Village Hotel. The room was nice and clean and the staff was extremely nice. I flew in from the US and brought the wrong type of voltage adapter with me. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to lend me a cell phone charger, which really saved the day. Great hotel! "
