Mike, the owner was truly a gem. The dockside was an amazing place to stay with great water views and amazing proximity to downtown shopping. The room is extremely clean and spacious and it was such a delight. We loved eating at the restaurant as well. That was certainly a plus. Breakfast with The view and the sunrise and sunsets were incredible. The only downfall was the stairs to climb up to the rooms BUT it was worth it when you got up there and seen the view, right on the harbour/boardwalk. People amazing! The lower ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen area caused me to have to duck and when I forgot once, the result was a bloody head and headache. Also know that street parking is very busy and that there is. No elevator. They also only had 1 key for for adults.
