“The check-in process was a bit tedious, but that was due to Expedia, not the hotel. To keep a positive experience, the hotel staff was very kind and upgraded us to a beautiful room. We were a family of four, including a 7-year-old child, and each of us had our own bed and private bathroom, which was excellent. “The staff, especially Lordy, was very polite and helpful. The pool was beautifully situated by the pools with a view of the sunrise. The sunset was at the front of the hotel, but we were lucky to have a lovely cloud formation in the back of the hotel (see picture… praying for World Peace 🙏🙏🙏).
