“Expedia debe saber que este hotel me canceló la noche antes, diciendo que no tenían disponibilidad por whatssap, luego de yo tener todo listo, así que salí temprano al otro día porque nunca vi que expedia me cancelara y volví a comunicarme y me dijeron que no había habitación , tuve que parar en la carretera y reservar otro lugar . Esto nunca me había pasado . Expedia usó mis créditos en dinero y lo perdí, porque no lo pude usar en mi otra reserva. Esto es irrespetuoso y entiendo que esta……

“This place is not clean at all. Disgusting, paint its falling off, dirty, the breakfast was cold. The fan ok ceiling was falling apart etc.”

“This place is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful.. property outdoor is kept well.. however when we got to the room, my sheets seemed to be used.. the bed sheets had pasta sauce on them and the bathroom smelled like it had dry pee and it was not washed since the last guests had left. The bathroom conditioner dispenser was not working, when i alerted the front desk, this was addressed immediately. Breakfast was phenomenal… from the french pressed coffee to the 3 Golpes.. Lunch……

“This was hands down the best booking for an overnight stay! We had access to the pool all for us, the walk to the beach was perfect! They offered us authentic Dominican breakfast which was delicious(this is extra). They offered us room for my spouse and I led out directly to a little jacuzzi and the kids rooms had their own bathroom! Very clean, definitely take your own toiletries to wash off bc the stuff provided is very basic.”

“Slow checking, room old, you can’t used the tv unless you have internet because you have to paid for internet, room with humidity, my first and last time in this hotel. My opinion, the staff from pearl restaurant was very nice they have good attendance, pool are nice .”

“There isnt front of the beach, no internet, when we’re in the room, they thought we didn’t pay it. Poor service. I would not recommend this place to no one.”

“Super easy to park right outside, and having 24/7 security in the area meant we never worried about the car. The place is very quiet at night, so we slept great. The kitchen had what we needed to prep quick breakfasts before heading out, and the beach is just down the street for a quick evening walk. Clean, simple, and hassle-free.”
