“Hotel bello e tranquillo”

“單人房非常的小間，空間狹小而且是不規則的空間，也沒有放行李箱的架子，但有個小冰箱。 建議應該入住雙人房 可能由於住宿客人太少，早餐非常簡單”

“Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. ”

“I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. For someone traveling for business, having to go to the hotel within these hours can cause disruptions to other work. The bed was very old; in fact, one side was sagging, so I couldn't trust it. “The location is good, the staff is really excellent, very professional and helpful, Specially at the reception, breakfast was very very poor in quantities and qualities. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Roznov is nice place very beautiful area around it, it is not worth the money paid. I advice the people to see it, it has a very interesting heritage village , not far away, Tatra Museum, shoes the vehicles industrial history, it shows that the Czech people ahead of other industrial……

Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation……

“A small (12 rooms) beautiful villa - hotel in a perfect location in the town center. Spacious room and barhroom. Walking distance to main points of interest. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent food with limited selection. Room cleaning, towel change, not every day.”
