Wonderful room spacious luxurious with great view #404). Staff nice, breakfast fancy and good, location on river near shopping, squares and restaurants. Restaurant in hotel is expensive but very good high end Italian

The property was sleek, clean, and offered many amenities. The staff was friendly and responsive, and spoke English. The hotel offers a spa and pool, along with bathrobes and a breakfast. The room was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with toiletries and a minibar. The location of the hotel is excellent, with Place Bellecour only a short walk away. The air conditioning is also a major plus, especially during a hot Lyon summer. Our only issue was that the WiFi did not work, but that was beyond the hotel’s control and we were fairly compensated. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Boscolo Hotel and Spa if you visit Lyon.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very central location. Easy walk to old Lyon as well.

Staff were rude and service was terrible. My 7 year old son went to sleep hungry due to constant failures of the room service staff. Took over 2 hours to get food

We liked the location, breakfast. Room layout not ideal, but large enough. No place for suitcases which ended up sprawled on the floor, could not get a spa appointment but did use the one hour pass. Best part was the sauna. Staff was not as friendly or as helpful as in other hotels in our tour of France

This is not a 5 star hotel. They do not operate like one or have the attention to detail that you expect in a 5 star. I used the spa pool and the floor was so slippery getting out I broke my toe and sprained my knee. They offered no assistance or help, only ice. Ruined my vacation. There is no way this hasn’t happed before. I was pretty much confined to my room as it was too painful to walk. Had to order room service and the food was mediocre for the price. To top it off there was a used bandaid in my shower. That was it! Never stay there again!

no room upgrade even the hotel is not busy, spa is very small, not quite relaxing, small and crowded. i would say it's standard 4 star hotel , not quite 5 star yet
