“Good location and courteous host. Advanced instructions would have been helpful to avoid uncertainties on day of check-in. However, once communication was established, the host was attentive in maintaining contact. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Our money got stolen in both room during our stay. Staff couldn’t help unless police take in charge. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and definitely won’t come back again. Watch out your personal belongings if you are still staying in this place. ”

“七個人入住八樓的三房家庭式空間四天，價格便宜，地點不錯，用走的可以到雙子星、吉隆坡塔、柏威年百貨，但是一開始有一間廁所的洗手台堵塞，然後連續兩天有看到蟑螂…整體衛生沒有到很好，也沒有提供衛生紙跟水，而且水壓忽大忽小，小的時候真的很誇張，差不多是用滴的…可能整棟大樓很多人同時使用吧⋯⋯不過服務人員的態度都 很好，也很願意幫忙處理問題，在WhatsApp 反應後都還蠻快回覆的。”
