“I was pleasantly suprised with how good the Singlecote hotel was. I wasn't expecting much given the cost of the room but it was fantastic value for money. The hotel and room was spotless and the complimentary continental breakfast was superb. There was so much fresh choice. If i am ever down from Scotland again, then i will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and owners. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. ”

“Really nice greating,very clean room all amenities are 💯, breakfast time at 8.30am multiple menu(full English was lovely)served with tea, coffee orange/apple juice etc,5min walk to the beach skeggy/high street and train station, definitely recommend you won't be disappointed I'm definitely returning again💯😁”

“We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. Thank you so much for everything ”

“This was our fourth stay at The Balmoral. We've stayed in some of the other larger hotels in Skeggy and haven't been to impressed. We found this one four years ago and haven't bothered looking for anywhere else since. Lovely little hotel and we'll be back again next year. ”

“I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. I also had a separate large bathroom, which was on the other side of the landing. However this was no trouble for me. There was a bit of a walk to the pier and...
