“We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. “Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service.”

"Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas.
We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar.
Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course.
Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise.
