I am sure they are in better shape. Major renovations were taking place on 1st floor. Probably should have been mentioned. The window or AC unit was allowing road noise in our room all night long.

When we arrived at the property we found the that the doors are locked after 8pm and you need a room key to get in, for a late check in this was inconvenient and was compounded by the front desk being unreachable by phone for 15 minutes and then we only were able to get in after the night attendant saw us out the window after coming back to the office. Desk attendant was less than courteous and helpful and didn't provide a wifi password. The room looked freshly redone but the basic cleaning wasn't done, as there was dirt and hair in the tub as well as hair all over the vanity. The sink only had hot water. The room was clean and comfortable all things considered.

The bathroom was dirty, the chair in the room was tattered and covered in stains, the area around the pool Is filthy, the breakfast area is dirty and in need of repair.

on arrival we were informed there was no hot water until the next day and we could go somewhere else if we wanted. I had just traveled 5 hours and there were no other places last minute. The bed had long black hair on pillow cases, dirty used qtip on the bathroom floor beside the garbage barrel., The microwave smelled like bad food, couldn't use pool much because there was a class going on in it.. then so many people were in it after I think because there was no hot water until the next day around 3 or 4 PM. I feel we should have at least gotten 1/2 off for the first day and a discount on the second. Totally unacceptable.
