Mono is a stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment nestled in between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats districts.

The Space:
Welcome to Mono!
A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a modern and stylish design throughout. This property is nestled in between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats districts and just minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly station, providing easy access to transport links to the city's iconic landmarks. It’s the perfect base for exploring Manchester’s dynamic cultural and entertainment scene.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and induction hob.
There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Living Area:
The main open space is airy and inviting with large windows, flooding plenty of light. It also features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access, along with a cosy sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed.
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms featuring king-size beds. All fitted with blackout curtains, full length mirrors and wardrobes, providing plenty of storage for your stay.
Bathrooms:
There are two contemporary bathrooms with an option for a rainfall shower or a bath in one of the bathrooms. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap
Sofa Bed:
The sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Location:
This property is located in between Manchester's most iconic districts and very close to Piccadilly train station. The lively district is renowned for its independent shops and thriving music scene. The perfect base for exploring bars, cafes and restaurants.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 7th floor to access the apartment.
For those with mobility considerations, there is a small lip when entering the main building so please take care upon entry.
We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.
