Line to check in took 30 min. Room looked nice but the fridge and the phone would not work. I waited another 45 min at reception to talk to someone. The receptionist told me that she would send someone to look at it. He was able to fix the fridge but not the phone. We had our infant son with us. So it delayed us until 10pm to get our food with a 6am flight in the morning.

I liked that it was in the terminal so need need for an airport shuttle. Staff were all pleasant. And it was easy to check in though i was early. I was less keen on the restaurant, which was a bit limited in options and was not cheap. I was on the forth floor. Could smell urine in corridor.

I did not enjoy my stay at the Radisson Blu. I booked a 2 twin bed room and was given a double. When i spoke to reception the told me to move to another room, so i had to drag all.my large suitcases to the new room. The room was dirty. When i ordered room service ot never arrived. I ended up calling them and saying dont bother. The next day when i returned to thw room my key cards did not work, i had to call reception and wait again to be let i to my room, when the man finally arrived he unlocked my door and said he would return with a new key card. He never returned. Room service brought up 1 shampoo and conditioner mini bottle for 3 people for 2 nights. Just absolutely the worst hotel. Very poor.
