Very bright, sunny and quiet, overlooking a huge south facing terrace with electric awning and barbecue, enjoying a panoramic view day or night, from where you can admire the lights of the Croisette and the pyrotechnic festival without any opposite.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, the private terrace is exclusively attached to the apartment.
The upper floor, has a completely independent entrance, only the electric gate with digital code is common.

Appartement très bien agencé la literie du lit est très confortable (reveil sans mal de dos)c'est fort appréciable Excellente pression de la douche et la vue sur la terrasse est exceptionnelle place de parking bien pratique calme assuré et madame Raffaele est bienveillante et sympathique .

Sehr gepflegtes Appartement mit kompletter und sinnvoller Ausstattung im Wohn-,Schlaf- und Küchenbereich, Sauberkeit vom Feinsten, herrliche Terrasse umrahmt von Zitrus- und Orangenbäumchen, Morgensonne auf dem Frühstückstisch, Abendsonne zum Tagesabschluss. Angenehm : Dusche und WC getrennt, überdachter Parkplatz für Pkw. Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern überaus angenehm, vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur Betreuung bei persönlichen Wünschen, einfach top! Appartement insgesamt eine Top-Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful Apartment
We greatly enjoyed our stay in Ezio and Michele's apartment. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes and the islands. We appreciated the quietness of the location, far away from the crowded sea shore. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all conveniences supplied. Ezio and Michele were very warm and welcoming. You do need a car to benefit from the location as it is not near public transport. Ideal for couples looking for peace and relaxation.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, nicht im Zentrum, mit Ausblick auf den Ort und das Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nur die Verständigung war schwierig. Nur französisch, kaum englisch. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bett.

Avant de réserver cette location, vous allez sûrement lire toutes les appréciations laissées par vos prédécesseurs. Sachez que tout est vrai et qu'il est bien difficile de dire plus. Lorsque de la terrasse de votre gîte, qui est un véritable promontoire, vous découvrirez la vue et le panorama devant vous, vous vous sentirez alors privilégiés. Devant vous, toute la baie de Mandelieu La Napoule ainsi que la baie de Cannes où vient parfois s'ancrer un paquebot croisiériste. Auparavant Michèle et Ezio vous auront accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et vous mettront immédiatement à l'aise, tout en préservant votre intimité. Nous sommes heureux de les avoir connus et, à n'en pas douter, nous nous reverrons avec beaucoup de joie. Il faut saluer le travail qu'ils ont accompli pour valoriser un site exigeant de courage. Le gîte en lui-même dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités et vous vous sentirez rapidement chez vous. Idéalement placé, très au calme, vous serez cependant proches des commodités de la ville et des axes routiers essentiels pour sillonner la Côte méditerranéenne d'est en ouest. Efter selv at have haft lejlighed i Cannes i 28 år, var denne lejlighed bare perfekt.
Dejlig lejlighed med god udsigt. Værtsparret var utrolig søde og gæstfri og vi følte os meget velkomne. Glæder os til, at vende tilbage.

nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au calme et sous la douceur de Mandelieu chez Michele et Ezio des propriétaires discrets et charmants. tout est fidèles a l'annonce la vue (un pur bonheur ) et le reste est tout simplement très très bien. A conseiller sans problème rien ne manque , il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances comme a la maison . le vin d'orange de Michele est top, merci a tous les deux pour votre gentillesse , ne changer rien et a très bientôt qui sais ? PARFAIT !
Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances exceptionnelles, avec nos 2 enfants dans cette superbe location. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, tout est fonctionnel, rien n'y manque ! Nous avons une vue superbe depuis la terrasse, aussi beau de jour comme de nuit. C'est un endroit vraiment calme et apaisant. En ce qui concerne les propriétaires, Michèle et Ezio sont des personnes très chaleureuses, d'une incroyable gentillesse ! Ils sont toujours à notre écoute, et nous donnent de très bons conseils sur les activités/visites que nous pouvons faire là bas. Nous pouvons dire que nous nous sommes fait de nouveaux et agréables amis, très proches de nos enfants aussi ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec eux, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous recommandons à tous, cette magnifique location ! Philippe, Corinne, Margaux et Lucas. A très bientôt !

Tout a déjà été dit! Oui, la propriété est magnifique avec ses terrasses et sa vue exceptionnelle, encore mieux que sur les photos, oui le limoncello maison est une merveille, oui la maison est très propre. Et d'ajouter qu'elle est pratique, tout a été pensé (les moustiquaires aux fenêtres, le store électrique sur la terrasse, les volets électriques, l'éclairage, et jusqu'au miroir pour quitter la place de parking en toute sécurité...). Et oui, et surtout, les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles, tout en respectant notre autonomie. En partant, nous avions l'impression de dire au revoir à de vieux amis. A recommander sans hésitation. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous savons déjà où nous logerons. Marianne et Patrick.

De beaux souvenirs de famille
Nous avons passé 5 jours de vacances très agréable. Le logement est fidèle à la description et aux photos, pour une petite famille comme nous avec un enfant de 3 ans c'est parfait!!ensuite l'accueil de Michelle et ezio a été parfait, ils nous ont laissé notre autonomies tout en étant dispo si besoin. De plus ne connaissant pas du tout la région ils nous ont bien aiguillé sur les choses à faire et sachant que nous ne restions pas longtemps leurs conseils ont été précieux afin d'optimiser au maximum notre temps. Merci encore à Michelle et ezio de la part de nous 3!! Au plaisir de vous revoir...

Super séjour ! Propriétaires exceptionnels!
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la location de Michèle et Ezio. Les propriétaires sont formidables, d'un accueil et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le logement est très fonctionnel et vraiment très agréable. Nous y étions la semaine de Pâques et notre petit garçon a même eu droit à une poule en chocolat ! Nous avons pu prolonger notre séjour tellement nous nous y sentions bien. N'hésitez pas à contacter la propriétaire avant de réserver, elle vous donnera de précieux conseils.
