“The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”

“Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there! Because they said no refunds! We were sorry about casa de Pedro’s apartment being not a……

“There’s nothing more to say. I filed a grievance with your company and it is still not resolved. I will never use VRBO for this reason and will also inform all of my colleagues, family and friends to do the same. “This place was really quiet and was fully furnished. The host was really helpful and kind and was very attentive. My family and I really felt at home.
