“The room was clean and spacious, the problem was how cold it was. It was October and they didn’t have heat although there were radiators in all the rooms. The woman at the reception said it was “not possible” to turn them on. There was also a washer and a kitchen we couldn’t use either. We had to wear our jackets inside and 2 blankets for the bed so we could get some sleep. ”

When the staff member learned I need to leave at 7:30am next morning, they served breakfast at 7am for me.
